Optimum Bumps does osteopathy

Optimum Bumps is a free antenatal support group. It allows anyone with a baby bump the opportunity to meet others, in a friendly and informal setting, while learning a little something about pregnancy, birth and babies along the way.

Each week we have a different topic or special guest. This week the topic is osteopathy and our guest is Sian, from The Melksham Movement Clinic.


The Melksham Movement Clinic is a clinic, providing osteopathic treatment, for the whole family, a form of manual therapy, aiming to promote healing and reduce pain within the body. Sian is a qualified paediatric osteopath, treating from newborn through to adulthood. Sian has specialist experience in treating expectant mothers, for pain during pregnancy and treating them in preparation for birth.
