Come and learn the basics of Filet crochet, which is really much easier than it can look.
The price includes some practice yarn, crochet hook, instructions and a pattern/yarn (colour of your choice) for a coaster, plus as much tuition from me as you wish. You'll also get a discount voucher for my shop Pins & Needles in Devizes so you can stock up on yarn when you are ready to embark on your first major Filet project.
The workshop is being held in my shop and space is limited but if you miss out, please contact me and I'll try to squeeze you in. Start 6.30pm, finishing around 9pm.
I don't have any facilities for refreshments so please bring your own drinks. I'll provide some biscuits/cake/sweets.
Skill level - improving beginner. You need to be able to crochet basic stitches such as chains and trebles. Please note - we will be using 4ply yarn so don't be surprised at "how fine" it is. The hooks will be around 2.5mm so be prepared to use a hook this small. If you need a hook with a handle, please let me know in advance.
There are no actual tickets to be sent out but you will get an acknowledgement of your order and you are more than welcome to contact me if you have any questions. You can buy your tickets online at my website or with cash in person at Pins & Needles.
Cancellations: If I have to cancel, you'll be refunded in full, with an opportunity to buy the kit if you wish. If you cancel, sorry but I'll only be able to issue a refund if the event is full and I can re-sell your space. If I can't re-sell the space, you may still choose to keep the yarn and written notes.
