The Lung Run - Detroit Group Run w/ Rock CF

The Lung Run - Detroit will be a 4 mile fun group run led by the Rock CF Foundation team in partnership with RUNdetroit. Runners will partake in a group run beginning at 10AM on December 14th. We will wind through historic Eastern Market and through downtown to see all of the holiday decorations.

Participants are encouraged to join us with some holiday spirit by sporting their fav 'ugly' holiday sweater for the run! We will have hot chocolate and coffee available afterwards for runners. This group run is FREE to attend and the team will have The Lung Run merchandise on-site! Details will be emailed out to registrants with additional information regarding starting locations and maps closer to event date!
