About the event

Tenebrae Service
The Secular Franciscans and the Capuchin friars invite you to join us for our Tenebrae service. The word “Tenebrae” means “shadows” or “darkness”. Held on Good Friday, Tenebrae commemorates the death of Jesus. All are welcome to attend for this service featuring the St. Matthew Chorale and directed by Dr. Joseph Balistreri. The service will last one hour and a light reception will follow. Parking and security will be provided.
