Papel Picado is a traditional Mexican art form that involvers creating designs by cutting patterns into colorful tissue papers. Each participant will create three panels and attach them to a string so that the “papels” can be displayed in your home or for a special occasion. Cutting paper with scissors is a necessary skill to complete this project. Children six years and older are welcome to participate on this project.
