We’re excited to welcome Detroit-born producer Eddie Rubin to our next Campfire Film event!
Eddie has produced an impressive slate of films, including A24’s The Farewell starring Awkwafina, The Guilty with Jake Gyllenhaal, Don’t Make Me Go with John Cho, Land with Robin Wright and many more. Most recently, he co-founded Optimistic Pictures with Oscar-nominated producer Peter Saraf.
On this special night, Eddie will share not only his personal journey in the industry, but also give us an inside look at how producers work - what they look for when championing a film, how they help bring stories to life, and what it really takes to get a project made.
