Meet us on the patio of Lakeview Golf Course to do some Plein Air (live and outdoor) landscape art! Bring a colorful medium you are comfortable with (oil pastels, watercolors, acrylic paint, oil paint, whatever works for you) as well as paper and or canvas, and set up to work on a basic yet beautiful painting of the golf course. Artist Stephen Henning will be there to help guide you through your process, and the best way to capture a landscape. We will have some easels for people to borrow, food and drinks are for purchase in the pro shop.

All classes are final sale. Class fee non refundable.
Meet Your Instructor – Stephen Henning
Stephen Henning is an accomplished artist with a career spanning decades, transitioning from award-winning graphic design to impressionistic painting. A graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and the University of Minnesota, Stephen found his passion for painting after a life-changing visit to a Monet exhibition.
Since 1993, he has been a full-time artist, recognized for his serene, nature-inspired works. Stephen was a signature member of the Oil Pastel Society and is a member of the American Impressionist Society, with his art showcased in national exhibitions and collected worldwide. He specializes in oil pastels, creating tranquil, impressionistic landscapes and sharing his expertise through workshops and exhibitions.
