This all-levels sunset yoga session offers the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and move mindfully - surrounded by the golden glow of Smith Rock’s high desert cliffs. In this class, you’ll be guided through a grounding yoga practice designed to release tension and connect you with the beauty of the natural world. All are invited to stay after class to connect with community over a N/A beverage and soak up the setting sun.
