Sound Bath

Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a guided sound bath where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you. Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl resonates with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. Experience powerful resonance within the awesome acoustics of a church sanctuary. You can choose to sit or lay down. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down. It is recommended to arrive at 6:45 pm to set up your space and get comfortable.
