Touching In: Sacred Self-Reflexology

In a world that often rushes past the body’s quiet wisdom, this one-hour ritual invites you to pause, soften, and touch in. Through gentle self-reflexology across the face, ears, hands, and feet, we’ll explore how loving, intentional contact with ourselves can restore relational safety, regulate the nervous system, and awaken inner knowing.

This trauma-aware, body- wise session is a sanctuary for healing your relationship with touch—beginning with your own hands, your own breath, your own presence. With poetic prompts and breath-infused movement, we’ll tend to the sacred points of the body as portals to care, clarity, and connection.

No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to meet yourself with tenderness.
