STEAM on the Ridge

Join us for “I Am an Innovator, and This Whole Ridge is My Space” 10th annual STEAM on the Ridge, a day of innovation and creativity. Afternoon activities at Edmunds Elementary School are open to the entire community!
💭 40 booths featuring local businesses and organizations with interactive demonstrations and activities
💭 Hands-on workshops, demonstrations, informational exhibits spanning all STEAM fields + music
💭 Parent resource and health fair, voter registration and giveaways
A collaboration of Oakridge Neighborhood, Drake University - South Central Iowa Region Governor’s STEM Advisory Council, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Des Moines Chapter of The Links Incorporated, and Seeds Dance Project.
