In honor of National Ice Cream Day, the Des Moines Heritage Trust is inviting you to a special Ice Cream Social featuring Bauder’s Ice Cream and a presentation about ice cream in Historic Des Moines. Enjoy classic ice cream sundaes for $5 and Bauder’s famous peppermint bars for $9. If you'd like to purchase peppermint bars to take home, be sure to bring a cooler. Come celebrate with us and enjoy a sweet summer afternoon together!
