New Moon Sound Bath with Olive

Use this space to plant a seed of intention for the season ahead. Reflect and celebrate all you have accomplished this year, and open your heart to new opportunities and connections.

You’ll be supported by Olive from All Love Wellness, offering unique events focused on nourishment, growth, and lifting up the community to their highest potential.

To open, we will take some collective breaths and stretch our bodies out before finding our way to a comfortable seated or lying-down position, allowing ourselves to be watered and nourished by uplifting music and soothing sounds.

Use your breath to water your intentions for this season of growth and expansion. Olive offers a unique variety of instruments, as well as a harmonious and smooth transition between Crystal Bowls, gongs, handpan, ngoni (African harp), chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and more. Our intention is to create a space that will inspire you to let go of all that does not serve you, making way for the best version of yourself.

To prepare, we ask that you bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, and pen. If you forget your props, we will have some to borrow. If you have something to cover your eyes, that may help deepen your experience with the sound bath.
