Nature Trail Running Series Week 1

Join us for a guided trail running series each Wednesday in September! This week we will be exploring Greenwood Ashworth Park. Meet at the Ashworth Swimming Pool parking lot. The course this week is a 3 mile loop, or take it a second time around for 6 miles!

Each week that you attend, you’ll be entered into win prize drawings, including free trail shoes and comped registration codes for local trail races hosted by the Capital Striders, at the final week of the series!
