On Saturday, June 7, visit a curated selection of the city's best vintage stores offering mid-century finds. This year's Shop Hop will include Funky Finds Vintage & Retro, AOK Antiques, Atomic Garage, Huckleberry Home, Raccoon Forks Trading Co., Curioso Antiques & Uniquities, and Olio Oddities.
Visit all the shops on Saturday for a chance to win a mid-century bird house! Just pick up a passport at your first stop and have each shop fill it out for you. Turn it in to the last shop you visit and you're entered!

Sunday, June 8: Our annual home tour showcases four stunning examples of mid-century architecture and interior design in Des Moines. Not only do the tours provide excellent architectural examples of the era, but they also exhibit how to bring mid-century styles to homes of every decade. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Iowa Architectural Foundation. Tickets are required to attend the home tour and will be available starting Sunday, April 27, at 9:00 AM! Tickets are limited and sell out fast.

After the home tour on Sunday, join other mid-mod enthusiasts at The Bartender's Handshake. Dave creates two signature cocktails exclusively for the event. Included with your home tour admission is a free drink ticket. This portion of the event is open to everyone 21+ from 2pm to midnight.
