About the event

Hike + Stretch

Energize your body and mind by starting off the day with a 2 mile wooded hike followed with stretching, and mindful breathing.

We start our walk and enjoy yoga near Greenwood Pond, just south of the Art Center, and north of Ashworth Pool.
