Group Drum Journey ~ At the Green
Join us for a Group Drum Journey at Green wood Park in Des Moines Iowa.
Drum journeys are a guided shamanic meditation into a journey within. To retrieve information, for healing and experiencing the flow state. These are very powerfully guided meditations. This Guided Journey will focused on “The middle World”. The here and now. Retrieving any information needed for NOW.
~ we will be meeting at the Amphitheater area at 4:30pm and then take a small walk to a quite Grassy area.

You may want to bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket
Water bottle/ drink
Yourself and a friend if you would like

* this is donation based of bring what you can with suggested $15-$20 per person
