Camp Description:
This July, let your creativity soar with Creative Journeys, a hands-on art series where young artists will explore a wide range of exciting projects! Students can sign up for all four days or choose between two-day sessions, each offering unique artistic techniques.
✨ July 21 & 22
🌳 Artful Trees: Inspired by the Masters – Create a unique tree artwork inspired by different art movements! Whether abstract, impressionist, or realistic, students will explore various styles and techniques to bring their vision to life. Using their choice of pencil, colored pencils, or paint, they’ll experiment with color, texture, and composition to craft a tree that reflects their personal artistic style.
🧵 Paper Embroidery – Bring your designs to life with colorful thread! Students will create their own unique image—whether a pattern, plant, or landscape—and stitch vibrant embroidery onto paper, adding texture and dimension to their artwork.

🧵 Textile Treasures – Design a unique felt collage featuring landscapes, florals, animals, or insects, then add detail with stitching and bead embellishments.
📖 Art & Words in Harmony – Transform old book pages into striking works of art! Students will create a unique illustration on top of a selected page, using found words within the page as inspiration. By combining imagery with text, they’ll explore composition, layering, and storytelling to bring new meaning to a page from the past.
