Chakra Sound Journey: An Interactive Experience

This is a space to listen - not just with your ears, but with your body, your breath, and your subtle
self.
In this guided, participatory experience, you'll explore the energetic landscape of your chakras
through shared sound, gentle awareness, and embodied presence. Participants will work hands-on
with a set of seven hand-hammered singing bowls - passing them with intention as we move through
each chakra - allowing each person to feel the vibration in real time and connect to the inner
messages it activates.
We'll journey together through the chakra system - sensing where energy feels open, stagnant, or
calling for harmony - and use breath, sound, and intuitive connection to support balance, release,
and renewal.
No experience is needed - only a willingness to tune inward and move in resonance with the group.
Let this be a return to your natural rhythm - within and with one another.
