Capoeira - Adults (mixed Levels)

Build strength, flexibility, rhythm, and confidence through this dynamic Afro-Brazilian art form that blends martial arts, dance, music, and culture. Open to all experience levels, this class encourages personal growth and community connection while giving you a full-body workout.
