BEEF, Through the eyes and taste of the Caribbean

Come see and taste the beef creation of 2 friends. The combination of a Dominican Chef, Karim Suriel and an Iowa beef producer, Mike Holden. It will be a “tasty carnivorous treat” you won’t soon forget!

These presentations are included with Iowa State Fair admission. During the Iowa State Fair, you can join Choose Iowa in The Kitchen at 1 p.m. every day for a presentation featuring Iowa producers and chefs sharing on a variety of topics. The Kitchen can be found between the DNR Building and the Barksdale’s Cookie Stand on Grand Avenue.
