Conflict and Anger Management for Teens (ages 13-18)

Take Control is a course designed to help you respond to conflict and challenges. You will learn about the effect of anger on your life, your family’s lives, and in all environments. Aimed at helping you reduce conflict at home, school and with friends.

You will recognize:
• When you are angry
• What makes you upset
• How to resolve/prevent conflict constructively
