Building Strong Families Series

During this weekly series, families can come together to build connections, find helpful resources, and celebrate strengths. It isn't therapy - it is a welcoming space for parents and their children (up to age 12) to talk about navigating unexpected challenges, learn from one another, and feel encouraged along the way.
