Annual POW MIA 24 Hour Vigil Hosted by VFW Post 3619 & Auxiliary

​Honoring Our Heroes:
Join us for a 24-Hour POW/MIA Vigil on September 19th-20th, a Nationally Recognized Event!
​We will be holding a continuous vigil to recognize the 24 POW/MIA Service Members from Louisiana lost during Vietnam. Every hour, a bio of one of these heroes will be read.
​The vigil starts September 19th at 5 PM and concludes September 20th at 4 PM at the POW MIA Memorial, corner of Hwy 190 & Washington Street, Deridder, LA.
​Special Events Include:

Opening Ceremony: 9/19 @ 5 PM
Closing Ceremony: 9/20 @ 4 PM
