Charity ARMROX 2025 - 250KM

Welcome to ARMROX, where Bootcamp meets hybrid athlete sports!

It is your challenge, as a group, to accumulate 250,000 Metres of distance through a devastating selection of exercises.

A huge feat and a great chance to raise money for a charity of your choice! Our last year’s charity event raised over £2000 collectively for various causes!

In pairs, you must give it everything you’ve got in order to make it through and crush this course:

7 arduous elements (Mens’ and Women’s categories).

7 runs.

3 minutes a piece.

Twice round.

It's not about how fast you can complete it, it's about how much YOU can do in the time!
