A Chakra Journey Yoga with Sarah and Soundbath with Sally Collins Sound

Chakra-Focused Yoga & Sound Bath Evening 6:30pm – 8pm

Join us for a unique evening of inner alignment & deep rest in the Disco Room within the Warehouse at FY Camp 🪩
🌈 45 minutes of chakra-focused yoga with Sarah – gentle, restorative movement to open and balance your energy centres
🎶 Followed by 45 minutes of chakra-tuned soundbath with Sally – using crystal bowls and healing sounds to take you deeper into relaxation

A quirky, calming space to reset your body, mind, and spirit.
All welcome – no experience needed.

£25 per person Age range: Teens upwards
Please wear comfy clothes with layers.
We have some mats but if you'd like extra cushioning please bring your own as well as your favourite blanket.
