easily donate?

Could you use some surplus fresh fruit or veg to help reduce food waste?

Each year in the UK we throw away almost 15 million tonnes of food and drink. Nearly half of this is perfectly good to eat!

The Thrivemind Village Community Fridge is Derby's first and helps everyone save waste by sharing good quality food that’s within it’s use-by date.

You can drop off good but unwanted food, and help yourself to what’s on the shelf.

Feel free to relax in our vibrant Cafe with a hot drink, grab a book to read from our library and browse our shop when you visit.
