Stargazing - Alvaston Park

Join in the fun of Stargazing at Alvaston Park by:
• exploring the wonders of the night sky through one of the
Derby and District Astronomical Society’s telescopes
• learning about the mysteries of the universe as part of a star
walk
• listening to ‘starry’ stories
• creating some astronomy-themed crafts and much more

Refreshments available at the Waterside Cafe.

Please note, the majority of the activities are outdoors, so please wear sensible footwear, warm clothing and bring a torch.
