We are THRILLED to announce our very first Junior Hyrox Challenge — landing at Mantis Gym on Wednesday 1st April!
This is not just a workout.
This is a full-blown adventure designed to test strength, speed, grit and determination from start to finish.
Young athletes will charge into the action with a heart-pounding sled run, then level up by choosing their own weight to conquer the farmers carry challenge 💪
Next, it’s leg-burning time on the StairMaster — but don’t empty the tank just yet, because the rowing challenge is waiting to test endurance and mental toughness.
Think that’s the finish line? Not even close…
Competitors will still have the explosive ball toss and the all-out SkiErg battle standing between them and victory.
This event is designed to push juniors to their limits, build confidence, and unleash their inner athlete in a high-energy, supportive atmosphere.
