In this two hour workshop you will learn the true power of your breath.
Conscious Connected Breathwork offers an opportunity to expand your consciousness and help refine your awareness of the inner and outer world.
Beginning with a full introduction to the breathing technique, then using movement to activate the body and the energetic field before dropping into a guided breathwork session.
