Qigong Relaxation Event

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of exercise practiced for thousands of years to keep the body and mind healthy. Health Qigong brings these forms into the modern age and on Saturday, 13th September between 10am and noon Derby Heights will host Lisa and her students displaying this relaxing, meditative art. Come and join thousands of people across the globe creating a wave of calm, peace and health. Free event, everyone welcome.
