We do mainly floor based mat Pilates and use a Pilates ball and other small equipment to make things a little more interesting. Joseph Pilates famously said within 10 sessions you would FEEL a difference, within 20 sessions you would SEE a difference, and within 30 sessions you would have a whole new body - come and get started!
The benefits of Pilates are huge - from improved posture, improved core strength, balance, better sleep, reduced back pain, reduced risk of injury and many more!

Classes cost Β£10 per session and are paid for in blocks of classes (usually around 8-10 weeks). Working this way provides accountability for you, and better accounting practices for me! I am happy for you to pay for one class to see if it is for you before deciding to commit to the rest of the block. You can swap to the other evening if you can't make your regular session, and I also record all classes so you can catch up from home if you can't make either class in person.
