G&G’s 2025 MEMORIAL DAY MURPH CHALLENGE
G&G’s 2025 MEMORIAL DAY MURPH CHALLENGE
Join us Memorial Weekend, Saturday, May 24th—for a powerful tradition of sweat, strength, and remembrance.

The Murph Challenge is a hero workout in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country. The workout includes:
• 1-mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• Followed by another 1-mile run

It’s more than just a workout—it’s a chance to honor sacrifice, show American pride, and push yourself alongside others doing the same.

Come in between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for this free community event. Whether you're doing the full Murph or a modified version, you're welcome here. Coach Madi will have scaled options listed on the board so all fitness levels can participate.

Show up. Work hard. Remember why.
