Our few male participants are feeling lonely, so I want to drum up some support for them.

If you bring a fella along to any Rockfit with Sharon class in July, not only do they get the class for free - YOU do too (if you bring >1 we'll just carry the free weeks over!)

Friday night class
6pm - 7pm
Hilton Scout Hut

Please come 5 mins early to fill in a form if you haven't been to Rockfit With Sharon before.

Ample free parking outside, drive in through the gate, continue past the village hall then turn right into the Scout Hut car park. Look out for my blue Mini with white stripes and you'll know you're in the right place.

First class is FREE
£5 per class after that, or a 5-class-card for £20
