Who: Everyone is welcome! This option is ideal if you are not a Mackworth resident.
What: Our six-week Mindfulness for Beginners course.
When: Starting Tuesday, October 28th, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
Why: Enjoy the same effective, supportive, and beginner-friendly course content in a different location.
