Chakra Balance Yin Workshop

Join Tracey for a deeply restorative and introspective Yin Yoga Workshop designed to balance and align the seven major chakras — the energy 'wheels' that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In this 2 hour immersive session, we’ll journey through the chakra system from root to crown, using long-held yin postures to gently stimulate and open each energy centre. With mindful breath work, meditative stillness, and guided visualisations, we’ll create space for release, awareness, and energetic flow.

Each chakra will be explored through:

*Targeted yin poses to stimulate the associated meridian and energy pathways
*Themed affirmations and Hand Mudras
*Breath work to deepen connection
*Soothing music to align with each chakra frequency

Whether you’re feeling blocked, scattered, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, this workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to reconnect with your body, ground your energy, and leave feeling lighter, balanced, and more in tune with your inner wisdom.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
