Chair Exercise Class

We are excited to offer a new chair exercise class starting on Monday 2nd June and Monday 16th June 2025 at 11am to mid-day. Classes will run every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month thereafter. Chair exercises offer numerous benefits for individuals, including improved strength, flexibility, balance, and circulation, all while being safe and easy to perform. They can also enhance mood, increase confidence, and help with pain management. Additionally, chair exercises can improve mobility, encourage social interaction, and support independence. Costs are £3 for members and £5 for guests. 30p for tea or coffee and biscuits.
