Being Brave 🙏😅🙏

The first “masterclass” of 2026 and I’ve had fun putting this one together. 😅. At this time of year everyone is talking about resolutions and changing their habits to “stop” or “increase” something to make themselves feel better. We’ve all done it and probably still are…but it’s rarely sustainable. We fall off the wagon in a couple of weeks!!
So I wanted to do a session where we are brave or courageous in our physical practice (no you won’t be hurting yourself or doing any crazy movements!!) and in our attitudes. I wanted us to remember that we are so capable even when fear creeps in. I wanted us to be reminded that our bodies are really wise if only we listened to them more!

This session will allow us to look how we use yoga to build our courage and bravery. How yoga helps us be resilient. You know it already but perhaps need that reminder.

It’ll be the usual mix of asana, pranayama, mudra and mantra. As always we will have a deep relaxation at the end.
