Balsam Bash at Allestree Park
Come and join in with the Derby Parks team to Bash Balsam at Allestree Park!
Meet Sandra (Parks Officer) by the notice board in the main car park (off A6) at 10am every Thursday in June!
Himalayan Balsam is a non-native invasive plant that we are trying to reduce and manage at the park for the benefit of native plants and wildlife
The session will run from 10am - 12noon approx.
Light refreshments and gloves provided for volunteers
Please wear weather appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes and long sleeves are advised.
