This is an easy-going, interactive and experiential class held in sacred space and fully guided by Spirit. Open discussions and questions are encouraged.

A chakra is an energy center in our energy body where matter and consciousness meet. These energy centers get imbalanced or blocked by misaligned lifestyles, eating habits, and skewed perceptions (often beneath the threshold of our consciousness). Having a healthy chakra system translates to having a healthy physical and non-physical bodies.

β’ Tools you can use for a lifetime to leave you with clarity, direction, a sense of wonder, and the ability to see the world differently every day

Note: During practice, you will be offered the opportunity to sit in the traditional yogic pose or cross-legged on the floor, or to remain seated in your chair. Dress comfortably.
