XMAS TREE LANTERNS
Come and enjoy a mindful 1hr n a bit to play with clay and to escape from the daily grind.
This clay and sip class is the perfect way to enjoy a night or day of sculpting and sipping with us.
In this workshop you will learn the art of handbuilding to create (ONE) Xmas Tree Lantern that will compliment your Christmas dinner table.
During this beginner-friendly workshop and art class, you’ll learn basic skills like hatching, sticking together and shaping forms and will sculpt using real clay. It’s all about having fun, come and just embrace the experience of something new.
We will be using a white clay which has a slight gritty natural texture. We will be imprinting features into the clay with patterned doilies, texture tools, and or textured rollers.
Your tree will then be bisque fired, glazed with clear glaze and fired again.
Beginner-friendly. No prior art skills needed, you can come to learn, have fun, connect, chat and sip!
Dates and times will be provided for collection of your pieces.
All workshop materials are supplied.

Pottery Breakage
Clay is a fickle medium, we take great care in looking after everyone's pieces. Pottery can break for many reasons. No refunds are provided in the unfortunate event that your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln. Pottery is a very delicate process.
