Lifted Pilates

Kick off the new year feeling strong, refreshed, and energized at Pilates Night inside The Q Lounge at Herbal IQ! Join us on January 22nd from 6:30–8:30pm for an evening of guided pilates designed to help you reset, recharge, unwind. *MUST BE 21+*

This FREE class is perfect for all experience levels and led by your instructor Hayley from ID Pilates, with support from Ayrloom. Whether you’re setting new wellness goals or just looking for a fun way to move your body, this is the perfect way to reset for the new year!
