We are super excited to partner with McIntosh Farms to offer a yoga class with puppies at Wave of Life Studio!

Puppies and Yoga are both known to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve emotional well-being. Why not pair them together!

Join us Wednesday, July 30th, for a 45-minute yoga class starting at 6 pm.

Registration is $15 per person. Kiddos 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
