A Guided Deep Rest Meditation Experience
Amidst the apparent fear, division, and disconnection of our world today, Yoga Nidra invites us home—to stillness, healing, and the quiet empowerment of returning to our inner peace.
Through deep rest, it soothes the nervous system, quiets the busy mind, and gently restores
balance to body, heart, and soul. This 90-minute workshop offers you a sanctuary of stillness. Join Trinity Om to learn more about the benefits of Yoga Nidra and experience a
guided session designed to help you reconnect with your inner peace — no matter what chaos surrounds you.
We’ll begin with a brief exploration of Yoga Nidra, the koshas, and the power of sankalpa (heart-felt intention), followed by gentle movement to release tension from the body. Then you’ll be guided into a 35–40 minute Yoga Nidra meditation—a deeply restorative journey experienced lying down, fully supported, and held in complete comfort. You’ll be guided through body awareness, breath, and a calming inner journey that supports nervous system healing, emotional balance, and soul-level clarity.
We’ll close with a grounding circle and optional sharing to integrate your experience.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All bodies and backgrounds welcome.
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye cover, and anything that helps you feel supported while lying down. Props are also available for your use at the studio.
