Vitality Walk 5K for Parkinson Association of the Rockies

Thanks for helping me with this worthy cause that is so personal to me. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease back in 2019. It all started with a little thumb tremor. In just 6 years, the disease has advanced to more prominent shaking, muscle stiffness and rigor, fine motor movement restrictions, a speaking impediment and several other unwelcome symptoms. I am fortunate that most of these symptoms are controlled through a regimen of medication, 5 times daily. I also benefitted from free classes that taught me how to walk and talk with more focused control, to get through my daily life.

After the walk, stay for the Vitality Bash. There will be a beer garden area complete with live DJ, spinning tunes to celebrate our accomplishments! I'm so excited planning to walk with you all! So, let's do this! Let's Rodeo!
