UNCAGED: ALCHEMIZE ANGER INTO YOUR POWER

A somatic movement workshop curated to lead you through the heavy emotions of the world and our own lives and alchemize the pain into your power.

Through various therapeutic movement modalities, you will be led to deeply connect to the unspoken stories and alive truths within you that are laying dormant or ready and waiting to be expressed. With music, movement, writing, connecting person to person, and truly practicing somatic healing, you will release these stories and begin to process them creatively. In that alchemy you will discover what the message is within them that needs to be heard in order to heal.

There will be a collective sharing to let those participating use their voices and bodies to be heard, acknowledged, cared for & witnessed.
