Join us for a heart-opening evening under the radiant energy of the Buck New Moon — a celestial symbol of maturation, renewal, strength, and growth.

Buck New Moon Activation is a sacred 75-minute ceremony designed to help you realign with your heart, soften into presence, and open yourself to receiving love in all its forms. Through the healing power of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and immersive sound healing (including tuning forks) + reiki, you’ll be invited to release emotional blockages, connect deeply to your inner truth, and attune to the frequency of unconditional love.

Whether you're calling in self-love, healing in relationships, or deeper spiritual alignment, this activation is your invitation to breathe into softness, sip into stillness, and rise into your truth.

What to bring:

• Journal and pen (unless you purchase a journal from me)
• Sacred items you’d like to receive energy at the altar
• Wear clothes you can move freely and feel comfortable in
• Any crystals or sacred items you’d like to charge under the moon

The Journey of what to expect:

• Sacred Cacao Ceremony: We begin with the heart-opening ritual of drinking ceremonial-grade cacao, a plant medicine known for its ability to connect us to our inner wisdom and the universal energy of love. As we share this sacred beverage, we set intentions for personal growth and collective healing, inviting the spirit of cacao to guide us towards enlightenment.
• Guided Breathwork Experience: Flowing from the warmth of cacao into the transformative power of breath, we dive deep into a guided breathwork session. This powerful practice helps to release energetic blockages, clear emotional obstacles, and elevate our consciousness. Through intentional breathing patterns, we awaken the dormant energies within, aligning ourselves with the vibrations of new beginnings and personal evolution.
• Meditative Integration: As our journey culminates, we gather in a circle of unity, integrating our experiences through meditation and reflective sharing. In this space of vulnerability and strength, we witness the blooming of our inner selves, nurtured by the collective energy of our circle and the luminous light within us.
• Sound Healing: Sound healing instruments provide vibrational frequencies that can transfer through the skin, fluid, and bones that can be healing and calming. Pairing sound healing with energy work and breathwork can assist with releasing pain, feelings of anxiety and depression, enhancing energy levels, increasing your immune system, regulating your nervous system, and creating alignment.
• Closing Circle: We close our gathering with a gratitude circle, honoring the journey we've undertaken together and the growth that lies ahead. As we bid farewell to the moonlit night, we carry with us the seeds of enlightenment and awakening, ready to bloom in the garden of our lives.

Kass' BIO: Kass Gomez is the founder and CEO of Inspired Warrior Project. Kass Gomez has developed an understanding and empowerment through being vulnerable herself. She continues to strive toward being an amazing, truthful, understanding speaker, listener and a holistic trauma informed wellness coach through her own traumatic experiences and vulnerabilities as well as certificatons.

Kass has explored vulnerability, self-love, and self-destruction which helps and gives her the ambition to build herself and others within our community. Kass is creating a community for both men and women alike that can be vulnerable and help others grow and overcome their mental and health habits due to trauma or just not knowing how or where to turn to establish a healthier lifestyle.

Kass is currently a Certified Trauma Aware Facilitator, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Life and Health Coach.
