TANTRIC YOGA (Clothing-optional)

Slip into your sensual self for a nurturing, gentle flow! We’ll explore breath, sound, meditation, and movement to cultivate inner awareness. Throughout the class, students will engage in practices to connect to their physical and energetic bodies with self-compassion and joyful sensuality. This Tantric yoga class will encourage students to become loving observers of their own bodies and to explore with gentle curiosity. We will engage in breathing exercises, visualizations, and intentional movements to release stagnant energy and soothe the nervous system. 

Please note, this class is clothing-optional. Practicing nude can be a deeply intimate and vulnerable experience that allows us to connect with our bodies more deeply and move away from bodily shame and judgement. Students are encouraged to practice in the nude or in whatever makes them feel most comfortable!

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT AND A COZY BLANKET/ TOWEL. We will have a few yoga mats available for students who need to borrow one :) This class is appropriate for all skill levels.

About the instructor: Rose is a seasoned yoga teacher who specializes in creative flows with a focus on curiosity and self-observation. She’s an anatomy nerd and is currently training to become a licensed massage therapist. She loves helping people understand and feel more connected to their own bodies.

All classes at the Sexploratorium are intended for those 18 years and older
