ABOUT THE BOOK

Soil to Self is not just a workbook—it’s an intentional, transformative experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your roots, and your path forward. Rooted in the wisdom of nature, mindfulness, and community healing, this beautifully crafted, 150-page softcover workbook is your companion in slowing down, tuning in, and nurturing the garden within.

Inspired by the cycles of growth found in nature, Soil to Self invites you to explore who you are, where you come from, and who you're becoming through a five-part journey:

Part I: Discovering the Seed

You begin by exploring your history, heritage, and the legacy that lives within you. Through prompts centered on genealogy, identity, and your personal origin story, you’ll uncover the foundational "seeds" that shape your experience and your growth.

Part II: Tending to the Soil

Here, you dig deeper into your current emotional landscape. You’ll prepare your inner soil through exercises on self-care, boundaries, core values, and personal goal setting. This section centers the importance of creating a fertile, supportive environment for your healing and growth to take root.

Part III: Nurturing Growth

This section explores the power of community, support systems, and the people who pour into us. You’ll reflect on your personal ecosystem—those who nourish you, challenge you, and help you grow.

Part IV: Blooming into Power

This is where you step into your authenticity and own your unique path. You’ll explore what it means to bloom unapologetically, stand in your truth, and embrace your wholeness—even in the face of uncertainty or fear.

Part V: Tending to Your Garden

Growth is not a one-time event—it’s a lifelong practice. This final section supports you in creating rituals for sustainability, inspiring others, and leading from a place of integrity and intention.

Throughout the workbook, you’ll find guided prompts, grounding exercises, creative reflections, and nature-based metaphors that mirror the human experience. Drawing on art therapy principles, mindfulness practices, and ancestral wisdom, Soil to Self is both gentle and powerful—offering a space to heal, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, reclaiming your voice, or simply longing for deeper connection with yourself, Soil to Self offers an affirming, sacred path forward.

This is your time.

To plant seeds.

To water yourself.

To stand in the sun.

To grow roots.

To bloom—fully, freely, and unapologetically.

Welcome to Soil to Self. Your journey begins here. 🌿✨
