Bellydance is a beautiful ancient art form celebrating our beauty, and body's natural movement. In this Bellydance workshop, we will move to beautiful rhythms and allow our bodies to flow, and move our hips freely.
No previous experience is necessary, and all body types and fitness levels are welcome. This course is designed for students new to belly dance or seeking a refresher.
Funding from the Colorado Health Foundation, and the Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC) Fund, The Rose Foundation, and the Eulipions Fund allows us to offer this Free workshop to members of the community.

11:00- 12:00pm- Bellydance Workshop
